The Role
Telum is seeking experienced Intelligence Targeting Analysts (SME) to lead target development and all-source analytic production in support of intelligence collection, counter-terrorism (CT), and counter-proliferation missions. In this role you will deliver expert tradecraft across the F3EAD targeting cycle—finding, fixing, finishing, exploiting, analyzing, and disseminating—to produce precise, actionable targeting products for CONUS and deployed operations. You will advise and lead targeting efforts, mentor analysts, and brief senior leaders on complex targeting problems and recommended courses of action.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end target development and integration across the F3EAD cycle.

Conduct advanced HVI/network targeting, nodal analysis, and target characterization to support collection and effects.

Produce formal finished intelligence products (targeting packages, white papers, TMPs) and quality-control analytic outputs.

Deliver concise, mission-relevant briefings to senior leaders (O-6/GS-15) and other decision makers.

Supervise, mentor, and direct subordinate analysts, ensuring analytic rigor and timely delivery.

Integrate multi-INT reporting into targeting solutions and recommend collection tasking to meet targeting objectives.

Ensure all targeting and analytic activities comply with legal, policy, and classification requirements.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level.

5+ years working for or with USSOCOM/SOF or national-level intelligence agencies (e.g., NSA, CIA, DIA).

3+ years providing intelligence support to special operations.

3+ years of targeting experience within the past 5 years.

3+ years producing formal finished intelligence assessments and targeting packages.

Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.

Superior proficiency with all-source analytic techniques, methodologies, and modern analytic tools/automation.

Advanced knowledge of HVI/network targeting methodologies, nodal analysis, and practical application of F3EAD.

Demonstrated leadership in directing analytic teams and producing mission-quality intelligence products.

Deep subject-matter expertise in SOF and/or CT intelligence tradecraft.

Experience with CT, Regional Analysis, and Geo-Political Analysis.

Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility required at time of application.
Desired Skills

Recent USSOCOM or joint/interagency targeting experience.

Familiarity with collection management processes and multi-INT integration.

Strong stakeholder coordination skills and experience working in coalition or multi-agency environments.

Excellent written and oral communication—ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
