Overview:
Telum is looking for an experienced Course Lead (CCL) to support the TIO-A Course of Instruction (COI). In this role, you’ll lead curriculum development, deliver both classroom and hands-on instruction, and oversee execution of the course from start to finish.
The CCL is also responsible for pre- and post-course support—arriving one week prior to kickoff and staying two weeks after completion to conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and update course material for future iterations.
If qualified, the CCL may also serve as a Mode Instructor. Any deviation from standard responsibilities must be approved 30 days prior to course start.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and refine course curriculum based on operational requirements and AAR feedback
- Deliver tethered and untethered instruction
- Manage course execution and ensure all training objectives are met
- Support course setup (Week 1) and post-course AAR/curriculum updates (Weeks 18–19)
- Potentially support Mode instruction (if certified)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of NSW TIO or SOF operational leadership experience
- 2+ years supporting F3EAD and IDME cycles, with understanding of SIGINT integration at each level
- 2+ years of SIGINT/EW experience in a declared theater of active armed conflict (DTAAC)
- 2+ years operating SOF Program of Record (POR) equipment in mission scenarios
- 1+ year operating USSOCOM JTWS POR systems in multiple environments
- 2+ years of Intelligence Community experience, including classification guidance and NSA processes
- 2+ years working with cellular telecommunications technologies
- Certified Mode 1 T&C Instructor (minimum)
- Strong foundation in ELINT fundamentals, radar characterization, and product development
Clearance Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Current, in-scope CI Polygraph
